• What materials do you use?

All pieces are made with natural gemstones and finished with gold-filled, gold-plated, or sterling silver components. Everything is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

• Are your gemstones real?

Yes — all gemstones are natural and carefully sourced for quality and energy. Each stone is unique, so slight variations in color and shape make your piece one of a kind.

• How should I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces in a dry place, avoid perfumes/lotions while wearing, and gently polish with a soft cloth to maintain shine.

Orders & Customization

• How do I measure my anklet size?

Use a soft measuring tape or string around your ankle where the anklet will sit. Add 0.5–1 in (1.25–2.5 cm) for a comfortable fit.

• What anklet sizes are available?
• Small / Petite: 8.5–9 in (21.5–23 cm)
• Medium: 9–10 in (23–25.5 cm)
• Large: 10–11 in (25.5–28 cm)
• Plus Size: 11–12 in (28–30.5 cm)
• What bracelet sizes are available?
• Small (6–6.5 in / 15–16.5 cm): Best for petite wrists or a snug fit.
• Medium (6.75–7.25 in / 17–18.5 cm): A standard size that fits most women comfortably.
• Large (7.5–8 in / 19–20.5 cm): Ideal for a looser fit or wider wrists.
• XL (8.25–8.75 in / 21–22 cm): Great for extra room or stacking multiple bracelets.
• 2XL (9–9.5 in / 23–24 cm): Designed for fuller wrists or a relaxed drape.
• How do I measure my bracelet size? Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a string) around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Mark where it meets, then measure the length. For comfort, add 0.5–1 inch (1.25–2.5 cm) depending on whether you prefer a snug or looser fit.

👉 Tip: If you already have a bracelet you love the fit of, simply measure it end to end (including the clasp) to use as your reference.  If you’re between sizes or unsure, choose the larger size — or request a custom fit through the Contact Form.

• What necklace lengths do you offer?
• 14–16 in → Choker / Collarbone length
• 18 in → Standard, just below collarbone
• 20–22 in → Falls at neckline / above chest
• 24–30 in → Long layering necklace

👉 Tip: Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string around your neck to find your ideal length. If you already own a necklace that you love the length of, simply measure it end to end (including the clasp) to use as your reference.

• Do you take custom orders?

• Can I personalize a piece?

Shipping & Packaging

• How long will my order take?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Custom designs may take a little longer—usually 1–2 weeks—depending on the design request and gemstone availability.

• Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes — every piece comes in a gift-ready pouch or box, with the option to include a handwritten note.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer international shipping worldwide. Standard delivery takes about 7–21 business days (express options may be faster). Please note that orders are shipped DAP/DDU, so import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected in your country at delivery.

• What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Other items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days in unused condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.

• Do you choose stones based on astrology?

Yes — many pieces in the Nicely collection are zodiac-inspired. I also create one-of-a-kind custom designs using gemstones aligned with your birth chart. To request a custom piece, please fill out the Contact Form to start your design.
