Each piece of Nicely Jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewelry, all sales are considered final.
Our jewelry is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. If, in the rare case, your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Damage caused after delivery or through customer use is not covered.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note: Because our jewelry is made with natural gemstones, variations in color, size, or shape may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects, but rather part of the individuality that makes each piece one of a kind.
